Lt General Dato’ Sri Wan Mazlan, was a member of the Royal Malaysian Engineer Corp as an Army Engineer. Before entering service with the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), he was trained as a helicopter pilot from the United States Army Aviation Center in Alabama. He was involved in various civil and military operations such as being the VVIP/VIP pilot for both local and international dignitaries that involved Kings and Heads of States for several Kingdoms and Countries.

Lt General Dato’ Sri Wan Mazlan has served in the RMAF for 42 years and his final positions include the Director of Staff Operation and the Commander of Air Support. During his tenure as the Director of Staff Operation, he was in charge of strategic matters regarding the capabilities and readiness of RMAF operations locally and abroad. Lt General Dato’ Sri Wan Mazlan served as the Commander of Air Support prior to his retirement and was responsible in the planning and procurement to determine all RMAF’s logistics and engineering services operated at an optimal manner, particularly the need for repairs and replacements of RMAF aircraft and vehicles, as well as parts and equipments.


Abdul Karim, graduated from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering (Majoring in Petroleum). 

He possesses more than 11 years of experience in asset integrity management in the oil and gas industry.  He joined Aerodyne Group in 2018 as a director for the company’s oil and gas subsidiary. 

He is a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE International). He has vast experiences in Pressure Vessel, Pipeline & Piping, Atmospheric Tank and Advance Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

Mr Karim is a technology enthusiast that always embarks on emerging technologies as part of the business core principle. He is a strong believer in the adaptation of modernization in staying relevant with the business world.


Nadzrin holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Nottingham and a Diploma in International Baccalaureate from MARA College of Banting.

He brings with him wealth of knowledge and experience throughout his career as a Project and Application Engineer with Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd and Transwater Api Sdn Bhd since 2014. Later, he then moved to ATS International Sdn Bhd as a Sales Manager that focused on commercializing and delivering valves and Motor Operated Valves to the prospective customers. Armed with 10 years’ of experience in technical, commercial and project management.


Rasyad Anwar is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Equipped with over 10 years’ experience from many industries, he possesses knowledge and skills mainly in business development, accountancy, financial reporting, management, and technical support with proven astonishing records in assisting organizations to accelerate their expansion goals.    

He ensures the maximisation of shareholders’ values and decides on the business enterprises monetary decisions. Prior joining MA Analytics, Rasyad has worked with a defence solutions company and was also previously an auditor with a big four audit firm.


Syed graduated with a Master’s Degree from University College London in Engineering for International Development. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London.

He has held various leadership roles such as the Vice-President for the Perdana Fellows Alumni Association (PFAA), Advisor for the Youth Economic Forum (YEF), Chief of Strategies for the National Liaison Committee for the United Kingdom. He also possesses educational credentials from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).

Throughout his career, Syed has served in various roles in both Public and Private sectors such as the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), Capital Sustentable (an Urban Sustainability Consulting Firm), iDS Medical Systems and finally, at the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) where he served as an Assistant Director for the Oil & Gas, Maritime and Logistics Services Division.
